HIMALAYAN 450 – SADDLE STAY

Made with Rigid Mild Steel of 19 mm Diameter tubes, with suitable thickness for  of 1.6 mm wall thickness for the light weight yet strong saddle stay.

Cold Rolled (CR) Tubes are used for strength & high durability to withstand impact during abrasion.

All nuts and bolts are of Stainless Steel 304 grade that comes with a lifetime warranty.

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welding and TIG (Tungsten inert gas) welding technology is used for connecting the crucial parts for great strength accordingly.

Grid blasting technology was used before the Powder coating process for a uniform finish.

Automated CNC machines are used to bend the tubes for Precision & formation of the Saddle stay.

High-quality Rigid material is used to design the Saddle stay to support your saddle bag during your adventure tour.

Designed to hold the saddlebag without impacting the balance of the bike while carrying heavy luggage.

The lower stays that takes the weight of the saddle bags are removable, so that the rider can have it or remove it according to their need of the ride.
